Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Economic Development Board (Amendment) Act, 1973, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Economic Development Board (Amendment) Act, 1973, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
Amendment of section 16
Section 16 of the Economic Development Board Act is hereby amended —
by deleting paragraphs (p) and (q) of subsection (1) thereof; and
by re-lettering paragraphs (r), (s) and (t) of subsection (1) thereof as paragraphs (p), (q) and (r) respectively.
