Regulation 2
Application fees
The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule are payable to the National Environment Agency for the applications specified opposite in the first column of that Schedule.

Refund of fees
Subregulation 1
An applicant is not entitled to a refund of any application fee paid.
Subregulation 2
Despite paragraph (1), the Director‑General may refund, in whole or in part, any fee paid under these Regulations in a particular case.
