This Order is the Environmental Public Health (Registrable Aerosol-generating Systems) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 31 August 2021.
Definition
In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires, “cooling tower” means any aerosol‑generating system in which atmospheric air is passed through sprayed water in order to lower the temperature of the water by evaporative cooling.
Registrable aerosol‑generating system
Every aerosol-generating system that is a cooling tower is a registrable aerosol‑generating system for the purposes of the Act.
