Regulation 2

The Act (except for Parts 5 and 6) applies in relation to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China subject to the provisions of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Singapore (Singapore) and the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (Hong Kong) for the Surrender of Fugitive Offenders (set out in the Schedule) which entered into force between Singapore and Hong Kong on 11 June 1998.
