Regulation 2

The Act (except for Parts 5 and 6) applies in relation to the Republic of Indonesia subject to the provisions of the Treaty between the Government of the Republic of Singapore (Singapore) and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (Indonesia) for the Extradition of Fugitives, set out in the Schedule, which entered into force between Singapore and Indonesia on 22 March 2024 at 4 a.m.
