Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Financial Procedure (Amendment) Act 2007 and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Financial Procedure (Amendment) Act 2007 and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
Amendment of section 7
Section 7(3) of the Financial Procedure Act is amended —
by deleting the words “as may be determined by the President” in paragraph (d); and
by deleting the words “authorised by the President” in paragraph (e).
