Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Financial Services and Markets (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 14 July 2023.
Compoundable offences
Any offence (including a continuing offence) under the Act that is punishable with a fine only may be compounded by the Authority in accordance with section 177 of the Act.
