Prescribed websites for service of certain documents

For the purposes of section 121(5)(b) of the Act —
(a)
the Internet website https://www.mha.gov.sg/fica/directions is prescribed in relation to a Part 3 direction;
(b)
the Internet website https://www.mha.gov.sg/fica/designations is prescribed in relation to a notice under section 47(3), 48(3) or 49(1) or (2) of the Act; and
(c)
the Internet website https://www.mha.gov.sg/fica/directives is prescribed in relation to a directive under Part 5 or 6 of the Act.
