This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 3 February 2023.

reg 2Declaration of precinct for Home Improvement Programme

The part of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule is declared to be a precinct for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
