Citation
This Order may be cited as the Housing and Development (Singapore Labour Foundation) Order.
Singapore Labour Foundation may purchase HDB flat
The Singapore Labour Foundation, a body corporate established under the Singapore Labour Foundation Act (Cap. 302), shall be entitled to purchase from the Board the flats comprised in Block 5 Changi Village Road which are set out in the First Schedule, and sold subject to the provisions of Part IV of the Act.
Modifications to Part IV of Act
The provisions of Part IV of the Act shall apply in relation to the Singapore Labour Foundation with the modifications set out in the Second Schedule.
