Citation
This Notification may be cited as the Housing and Development (Variation of Maintenance Fees for Pre-war shops in Tiong Bahru Housing Estate) Notification.
Maintenance fees
Notwithstanding anything in any existing lease, the maintenance fees payable for the pre-war shops set out in the Schedule shall be the standard rate of 93 cents per square metre per month, with effect from 1st February 1990.
