Clause 1
Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the International Development Association (Amendment) Act 2004 and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

Clause 2
Amendment of section 4
Section 4 of the International Development Association Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “subscriptions” in subsection (1), the words “and other contributions”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “subscription” in the section heading and substituting the words “subscriptions and contributions”.
