Citation and commencement

Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centres) Notification 2018 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation ISA-S431-2018 1987, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1987.
Citation and commencement
This Notification is the Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centres) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 1 July 2018.
Approved centres
The Minister declares the places set out in the Schedule to be approved centres for the purpose of the treatment and rehabilitation of persons who use or inhale intoxicating substances for the purpose of inducing or causing a state of intoxication.
Cancellation
The following Notifications are cancelled:
the Notification relating to Approved Centres (N 1);
the Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centre) Notification 2007 (G.N. No. S 21/2007);
the Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centres) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. S 265/2009);
the Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centres) Notification 2017 (G.N. No. S 476/2017).
