Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Land Betterment Charge (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 August 2022.
Compoundable offence
An offence under section 54(1) of the Act is prescribed as a compoundable offence for the purposes of section 58 of the Act.
