Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Land Surveyors (Exemption) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 27th January 2004.

This Order may be cited as the Land Surveyors (Exemption) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 27th January 2004.
Exemption
Wisescan Engineering Services Pte Ltd is exempted from section 22 (1)(c), (d) and (e)(iii) of the Act.
