Amendment of section 36

Section 36 of the Legal Profession Act is hereby amended by deleting the words “acting solely in an advisory capacity upon instructions from a practising advocate and solicitor” appearing in paragraph (h) of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the words “who is a qualified person rendering any opinion or advisory service on any matter in which he has been instructed”.
