Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) (Amendment) Act, 1976, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) (Amendment) Act, 1976, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
Amendment of section 1
Section 1 of the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act, 1975, is hereby amended —
by re-numbering the section as subsection (1) thereof; and
by inserting immediately after subsection (1) thereof the following new subsection: —“(2) The Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of the different provisions of this Act.”.
