Regulation 2
Definition
In this Notification, “GST” means the goods and services tax chargeable under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1993, and where it is chargeable, GST is calculated based on the rate in force at the time the goods or services are supplied.
Regulation 3
Fee for replacement or certified copy of harbour craft licence under Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Harbour Craft) Regulations

The following fees are payable under the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Harbour Craft) Regulations (Rg 3):
(a)
for a replacement of a licence under regulation 7(1)(c) of those Regulations — $5.45 (inclusive of GST);
(b)
for a certified copy of a licence under regulation 7(1)(e) of those Regulations — $5.45 (inclusive of GST).
Regulation 4
Fee for replacement of manning licence under Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Harbour Craft Manning Licence Examination) Regulations

The fee payable for the grant of a replacement licence under regulation 18(3) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Harbour Craft Manning Licence Examination) Regulations (Rg 4) is $10.90 (inclusive of GST).

Fee for replacement of licences under Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Pleasure Craft) Regulations

The following fees are payable under the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Pleasure Craft) Regulations (Rg 6):
(a)
for the replacement of a licence under regulation 4(1)(c) of those Regulations — $5.45 (inclusive of GST); (b)for the replacement of a driving licence under regulation 42 of those Regulations — $10.90 (inclusive of GST).
