Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Pilotage District) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 20th April 2010.

Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Pilotage District) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 20th April 2010.

The area defined in the Schedule is declared to be a pilotage district.
Cancellation
The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Pilotage District) Notification 2006 (G.N. No. S 281/2006) is cancelled.
