Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Ngee Ann College (Amendment) Act, 1970, and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 22nd day of August 1968.

Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Ngee Ann College (Amendment) Act, 1970, and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 22nd day of August 1968.
Amendment of long title
The long title to the Ngee Ann College Act, 1967 (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the principal Act”) is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the words “Ngee Ann” appearing therein the word “Technical”.
Amendment of section 1
Section 1 of the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the words “Ngee Ann” appearing therein the word “Technical”.
Amendment of section 2
Section 2 of the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the words “Ngee Ann” appearing in the definition of “College” therein the word “Technical”.
Amendment of section 3
Section 3 of the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the words “Ngee Ann” appearing in the third line thereof and in the marginal note thereto the word “Technical”.
