No. S 560/1997REVISED EDITION 1998(15th June 1998)[1st January 1998]Whereas pursuant to section 17(5) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners have published the 1998 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under the Central Provident Fund Act (Chapter 36) incorporating all amendments up to 30th November 1997:Now, therefore, it is hereby notified for general information that the Law Revision Commissioners have appointed 1st January 1998 as the date the 1998 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under the Central Provident Fund Act shall come into force.
