No. S 85/1998REVISED EDITION 2000(31st January 2000)Whereas pursuant to section 17(5) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners have published in loose-leaf form the 1998 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under the Acts set out in the Schedule incorporating all amendments up to 15th February 1998:Now, therefore, it is hereby notified for general information that the Law Revision Commissioners have appointed 1st March 1998 as the date the 1998 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under those Acts shall come into force.
