Revised Edition of the Laws Act(Chapter 275, Section 11(3))Order under Section 11(3)O 9G.N. No. S 294/1994REVISED EDITION 1995(15th July 1994)[15th July 1994]Whereas pursuant to section 10(4) and (5) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners have prepared and published in the form of loose-leaf edition the Acts set out in the Schedule as in force on 1st July 1994:And Whereas under section 11(3) of the Act, the Commissioners shall transmit to the President a copy of the loose-leaf edition of each Act and the President may thereupon, by order published in the Gazette, specify that the loose-leaf edition of that Act shall, in all courts and for all purposes, be the sole and only proper law of Singapore in respect of that Act:Now therefore it is hereby ordered by the President that the loose-leaf edition of the Acts set out in the Schedule shall, with effect from 15th July 1994, be the sole and only proper law of Singapore in respect of those Acts.
