Citation
This Order is the Parliamentary Elections (Prescribed Date) Order 2025.
Prescribed date
For the purposes of section 5(1), (1A) and (2) of the Act, the prescribed date is 1 February in any year instead of 1 July.
Revocation
Revoke the Parliamentary Elections (Prescribed Date) Order 2023 (G.N. No. S 324/2023).
