Regulation 2
Offences compoundable under section 90(1) of Act
Amended byS 1014/2024 wef 01/01/2025
An offence under section 7(2), 79(2), 84(2) or (3) or 85(2) of the Act may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 90(1) of the Act.
Regulation 3
Offences compoundable under section 90(2) of Act
An offence under section 61(10), 63(7) or 68(1) of the Act may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 90(2) of the Act.
