This Order is the Platform Workers (Maximum Amount Payable in Priority) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 January 2025.
Prescribed amount for purposes of sections 16(3), 17(3) and 18(3) of Act
The prescribed amount for the purposes of sections 16(3), 17(3) and 18(3) of the Act is $13,000 for each platform worker.
