Regulation 2
Writ and Notice of Writ

Subregulation 1
For the purposes of section 6(3) of the Act, a writ for the purposes of an election to the office of President shall be in Form P1 in the Schedule.

For the purposes of section 7 of the Act —
(a)
if the election is not a reserved election, a notice of the issue of a writ of election must be in Form P2 in the Schedule; and
(b)
if the election is a reserved election, a notice of the issue of a writ of election must be in Form P3 in the Schedule.
Regulation 3
Nomination paper

For the purposes of section 9(3) of the Act, the nomination paper must be in Form P4 in the Schedule.
Regulation 3A
Statutory declaration that intending candidate does not belong to any community

For the purposes of section 9(4)(d)(ii)(B) of the Act, the statutory declaration must be in Form P5 in the Schedule.
Regulation 4
Notice of election
The notice referred to in section 16(5) of the Act shall be in Form P6 in the Schedule.

Ballot paper
Every ballot paper shall be in Form P7 in the Schedule.

Regulation 7
Declaration by voters
The declaration referred to in section 27(1) of the Act shall be in Form P9 in the Schedule.
Regulation 8
Oath of identity
For the purposes of section 29(1) of the Act, the oath of identity shall be in Form P10 in the Schedule.
Regulation 9
Record of counting
For the purposes of section 32(8A)(b) of the Act, the record of counting for each counting place shall be in Form P11 in the Schedule.
Regulation 10
Statement of poll
A statement of the poll referred to in section 34(1) of the Act shall be in Form P12 in the Schedule.
Regulation 11
Oath of secrecy
For the purposes of section 36(1) of the Act, the oath of secrecy shall be in Form P13 in the Schedule.
Regulation 11A
Post-election declaration by candidates

For the purposes of section 55A(2) of the Act, the declaration mentioned in section 55A(1) of the Act must be in Form P13A in the Schedule.

Return of election expenses

For the purposes of section 56(1) and (2) of the Act, the return respecting election expenses and the statement by a candidate and his or her principal election agent accompanying any such return shall be in Form P14 in the Schedule.

Regulation 13
Authority to conduct election activity
For the purposes of section 65(2) of the Act, the written authority to conduct any election activity shall be in Form P17 or P18 in the Schedule.
