Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) Regulations.
Composition of offences
Any of the offences specified in the Schedule may be compounded for a sum not exceeding $2,000.
The offence punishable under section 24(5) of the Act (opposing or obstructing detention of a ship) may be compounded for a sum not exceeding $500.
