Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Probate and Administration (Amendment) Act, 1976, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

Miscellaneous amendments
The provisions of the Probate and Administration Act specified in the first column of the Schedule are hereby amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof.
