Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Probation of Offenders (Approved Institution) Order 2011 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 9th September 2011.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Probation of Offenders (Approved Institution) Order 2011 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 9th September 2011.
Approved institution
The Minister hereby approves the Singapore Boys’ Hostel, No. 8 McNair Road, Singapore 328517, as an “approved institution” for the reception of persons who may be required to reside therein by a probation order under the Act.
Amendment of Probation of Offenders (Approved Institutions) (Consolidation) Order
Item (1) of Part I of the Schedule to the Probation of Offenders (Approved Institutions) (Consolidation) Order (O 1) is deleted.
