Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Property Tax (Public Authorities) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 January 2015.

Property Tax (Public Authorities) Regulations 2014 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation PTA-S763-2014 1960, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1960.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Property Tax (Public Authorities) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 January 2015.
Public authorities
The following corporations are prescribed as public authorities for the purposes of the Act:
Jurong Town Corporation;

Urban Redevelopment Authority;
Land Transport Authority of Singapore;
Singapore Tourism Board;
Sentosa Development Corporation;
Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore;
Singapore Sports Council;
Building and Construction Authority;
National Parks Board;
Public Utilities Board;
Singapore Food Agency;
Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore.
Cancellation
The Property Tax (Public Authorities) (Consolidation) Notification (N 1) is cancelled.
