This Order is the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation (Exemption from Sections 21(2)(a) and (b) and 22(2)(a)) Order 2019.

Exemption

The following prescribed internet intermediaries are exempt from sections 21(2)(a) and (b) and 22(2)(a) of the Act:

(a)

Baidu, Inc., in respect of Baidu;

(b)

Google LLC, in respect of Google Search.
