Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Public Entertainments (Security) (Arts Entertainment Licensing Officer) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 January 2015.
Security under section 11(1) of Act
The Arts Entertainment Licensing Officer may, under section 11(1) of the Act, require security to be given in respect of any class of arts entertainment specified in the first column of the Schedule.
The amount of security required under section 11(1) of the Act in respect of that class of arts entertainment must not exceed the amount specified for it in the second column of the Schedule.
