Citation
This Notification may be cited as the Public Entertainments (Security) (Public Entertainment Licensing Officer) Notification.
Classes of public entertainment for which security is required
The Public Entertainment Licensing Officer may, under section 11(1) of the Act, require security to be given in respect of any class of public entertainment set out in the first column of the Schedule, and the security shall be up to the amount set out in the second column of that Schedule.
