Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Rapid Transit Systems (Appeals) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 1 April 2025.
Prescribed period to appeal to Minister
For the purposes of section 28(3) of the Act, the prescribed period is 14 days after the date of receipt of the notice relating to the matter or decision to which the appeal relates.
