the Housing and Development Board constituted under the Housing and Development Act [Cap. 129]; (b)the Jurong Town Corporation constituted under the Jurong Town Corporation Act [Cap. 150]; (c)the Port of Singapore Authority constituted under the Port of Singapore Authority Act;[Cap. 236];
(d)
the Urban Redevelopment Authority constituted under the Urban Redevelopment Authority Act [Cap. 340]; and (e)the Public Utilities Board constituted under the Public Utilities Act [Cap. 261].
