Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property (Exemption — Sentosa Cove) Notification 2004 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 19th December 2003.

Definitions
In this Notification —“housing developer” has the same meaning as in section 31(11) of the Act;“Sentosa Development Corporation” means the Sentosa Development Corporation established under the Sentosa Development Corporation Act (Cap. 291).

Regulation 3
Exemption for housing developers
A housing developer who purchases or acquires directly from the Sentosa Development Corporation any estate or interest in the land set out in the Schedule for the construction of dwelling-houses or flats for sale, is hereby exempted from all provisions of the Act.
