Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
This Notification is the Retirement and Re‑employment (Prescribed Re-employment Age) Notification 2026 and comes into operation on 1 July 2026.
Prescribed re-employment age
The prescribed re-employment age for employees who attain 68 years of age on or after 1 July 2026 is 69 years of age.
Revocation
Revoke the Retirement and Re-employment (Prescribed Re‑employment Age) Notification 2022 (G.N. No. S 547/2022).
