No. S 110Revised Edition of the Laws Act(CHAPTER 275)Revised Edition of the Laws (Section 17(8)) Notification 2012Whereas under section 17(5) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners have caused to be published in loose-leaf form the 2012 Revised Edition of the Child Care Centres Regulations (Rg 1) (S 160/88) made under the Child Care Centres Act (Chapter 37A), as in force on 1st March 2012:And Whereas pursuant to section 17(8) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners may, by notification in the Gazette, specify that the 2012 Revised Edition of the Child Care Centres Regulations shall, in all courts and for all purposes, be the sole and only proper Statute Book of Singapore in respect of that piece of subsidiary legislation: Now therefore it is hereby specified by the Law Revision Commissioners that the 2012 Revised Edition of the Child Care Centres Regulations shall, with effect from 31st March 2012, be the sole and only proper Statute Book of Singapore in respect of that piece of subsidiary legislation.Made this 22nd day of March 2012.SUNDARESH MENONChairman,Law Revision Commission.[AG/RSL/1/2012]
