No. S 453Revised Edition of the Laws Act(CHAPTER 275)Revised Edition of the Laws(Section 17(8))Notification 2013Whereas under section 17(5) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners have caused to be published in loose-leaf form the 2013 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under the Acts set out in the Schedule, as in force on 1st July 2013:And Whereas pursuant to section 17(8) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners may, by notification in the Gazette, specify that the 2013 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under those Acts shall, in all courts and for all purposes, be the sole and only proper Statute Book of Singapore in respect of those pieces of subsidiary legislation: Now therefore it is hereby specified by the Law Revision Commissioners that the 2013 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under those Acts shall, with effect from 31st July 2013, be the sole and only proper Statute Book of Singapore in respect of those pieces of subsidiary legislation.Made this 19th day of July 2013.STEVEN CHONGChairman,Law Revision Commission.[AG/RSL/1/2012]
