This Order may be cited as the Revised Edition of the Laws (Trade Marks Act) (Rectification) Order 2000.

In section 2(1) of the Trade Marks Act (Cap. 332, 1999 Ed.) for “1985 Ed.” in the definition of “repealed Act” read “1992 Ed.”.
