All battery-operated carts and road brush sweepers which do not comply with the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Construction and Use) Rules and the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Lighting) Rules [R 10] are authorised for use within the car parks in any of the Housing and Development Board’s housing estates for the collection of refuse or the cleaning of the car parks and along any public road within the estates whilst travelling from one car park to another.
