Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Driving Licence Fee for Non-Resident) (Exemption) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 3rd September 2012.

Road Traffic (Driving Licence Fee for Non-Resident) (Exemption) Order 2012 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation RTA-S417-2012 1961, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1961.
Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Driving Licence Fee for Non-Resident) (Exemption) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 3rd September 2012.
Exemption
Each of the following persons shall be exempt from the payment of the appropriate fee specified in rule 3(6) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Driving Licences) Rules (R 27) for the issue of a driving licence to him under rule 18(2) of those Rules:
the Secretary General of the International Criminal Police Organization — INTERPOL;
the directors of the INTERPOL Global Complex for Innovation in Singapore who are duly accredited to the Government.
Sub-paragraph (1) shall not apply to any person who is a citizen or permanent resident of Singapore.
