Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) (Consolidation) Order is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation RTA-OR17 1961, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1961.
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) (Consolidation) Order.
Home Nursing Foundation shall be exempted from the payment of the transfer fee and additional transfer fee prescribed in rules 30 and 31(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) in respect of the transfer of any of the vehicles bearing the registration numbers set out in the Schedule.
