Citation and commencement

This Order is the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 25 September 2017.

Exemption

Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) does not apply to the vehicle belonging to Crownston Line Pte. Ltd. (UEN No. 201610512K) and bearing the engine number 65193032202426 and chassis number WDC1569052J014243.
