Singapore Bus Service (1978) Limited shall, subject to the payment of an administrative fee of $4,820, be exempted from the payment of the additional transfer fee prescribed in rule 31 of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) in respect of the transfer of 482 omnibuses registered in its name with the index mark “SBS” to SBS Bus Services Pte Ltd on 4th, 5th and 6th October 1999.
