Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 19th February 2009.

Exemption
Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicle belonging to Anju Bhojwani and bearing the engine number BEB014581 and chassis number SCBCE63W96C033171.
