Subregulation 1

A warrant issued by the Registrar under section 30(1) of the Act for the recovery of any fee (including any additional fee under section 21 of the Act), payable in respect of a licence for a vehicle which has remained unpaid, by seizure and sale of the vehicle shall be in the form set out in the First Schedule.

The fee payable for the issue of such warrant shall be $20.
Subregulation 3
The Registrar may in his discretion waive the fee referred to in paragraph (2).
