Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Rubber Industry (Exemption) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 22nd September 2006.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Rubber Industry (Exemption) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 22nd September 2006.
Exemption
The provisions of the Act shall not apply to any person who brokers in, purchases or sells rubber by means of a futures contract within the meaning of the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289).
