Sale of Commercial Properties (Exemption) (Consolidation) Notification is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation SCPA-N1 1979, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1979.
This Notification may be cited as the Sale of Commercial Properties (Exemption) (Consolidation) Notification.
The Housing and Development Board is exempted from rule 9 of the Sale of Commercial Properties Rules (R 1).
Rules 5, 6 and 7 of the Sale of Commercial Properties Rules shall not apply to the stalls in markets and food centres sold by the Housing and Development Board.
